Leadership for Empowered Communities and Personalised Care Programme – recruiting now!

The leadership for empowered communities and personalised care programme (LECPC) is now open to applications.

The programme aims to develop leaders who can lead change in co-production with citizens and to embed personalised care across the health and care system. Participants will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to ensure that people have choice and control over the way their care is planned and delivered, based on what matters to them.
