Healthy Conversation workshops- continued
Following the Healthy Conversation 2019 Workshops which took place in Grantham and Boston in June, Lincolnshire NHS is now inviting patients and local residents to discuss comments and feedback from the first events in more detail at a second round of workshops. The aim is to continue conversations and gather further views, with as many people as possible.
Attendees are required to pre-book a place at the workshops, either by calling or emailing the Healthy Conversation team. There are limited spaces at both workshops and, if over-subscribed, places will be allocated by ballot and a waiting list will be used to fill any cancellations.
Grantham Workshop – Wednesday 9th October 2019, 6-8pm

Boston Workshop – Thursday 10th October 2019, 6-8pm
The New England Hotel Boston, 49 Wide Bargate, Boston PE21 6SH
Please register your attendance by emailing your name and a contact number to lhnt.hc2019@nhs.net or phone 01522 307307 by 4pm on 03/10/2019. You will receive confirmation of their place by return email or over the phone by 4pm on 04/10/2019.
