Family Hub Information Sessions

We here at Lincolnshire are so excited to be able to offer a personal invitation to you to attend the initial round of Family Hub practice development. The invite enclosed has all the details for this brilliant opportunity to network and learn as a collective and ‘start as we mean to go on’, working together to support children, young people their families’ networks and carers.  This is the first of many opportunities to learn and reflect together.  This event will be welcoming, the Voluntary Sector, representatives from the Early Years teams including our Business Support Assistants. We will also welcome our Social Prescribers, Community Connectors and many more.

In relation to colleagues from the Community and Voluntary sector, Community Connectors and Social Prescribers, please could you share this invitation within your team (s)  and networks and ask them to sign up as soon as possible as places, we expect will go quickly. We do have 400 places spread across four venues.

As we are always learning ourselves about what works for people we will send round after the events an MS form with some questions to enable us to learn from you about what works, and what maybe we can tweak the next round of development.
