About this survey
Children’s Links are working with Lincolnshire County Council which has been selected as one of 75 local authorities to benefit from the government’s Family Hub programme.
What are family Hubs?
Family Hubs provide families with a single access point to integrated family support services for early help with social, emotional, physical and financial needs.
The Family Hub aims to provide support to families from birth, through a child’s early years, until they reach the age of 19 (or 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities). The Family Hubs will be available for all families, particularly when they need it most.
In order to tailor the needs of Lincolnshire’s Family Hubs we need to know what services you currently access and which additional services you would like to access. By completing this questionnaire you will be helping to ensure that investment is used to help and support families across Lincolnshire.
If you have any questions about the programme, please email EYCC@lincolnshire.gov.uk
