We see this programme as one of the initial steps to move from strategy into tangible action – developing excellent leadership in the social economy so that it can thrive and build towards a movement.
As a result of this exciting partnership with the School for Social Entrepreneurs there will be:

- Stronger networks, with a stronger voice
- Improvements in the vital skills of individuals and organisations across Lincolnshire to provide effective social enterprise leadership within the sector.
- A greater understanding of the opportunities social finance can offer organisations.
