This workshop will show you how to generate new ideas to maximise and diversify income.
Join us for a fast-paced workshop where David Regler of Maine Associates Ltd will explore how your organisation can use design-thinking approaches to generate new ideas to both maximise existing income streams as well as diversify through new forms of fundraising and traded income.
The workshop will introduce lots of concepts to get you thinking about your current income and provide some tools that you can use straight away.
Delivered as an in-person, interactive session, you will have the opportunity to work on ideas for your own organisation and develop a rapid plan to test and implement your thoughts.
This workshop covers:
· Improving your understanding of income streams.
· Mapping existing income streams in your organisation.
· Generating new ideas to maximise or diversify income.
· Sharing peer knowledge to develop your idea.
· Creating a plan with next steps to rapidly test your ideas.
Bio
David Regler is a business consultant with over 30 years practical experience of supporting diverse commercial and not-for-profit organisations. As well as working extensively with technology start-ups, both in the UK and internationally, David has supported a broad portfolio of VCFSE organisations over the last 10 years through funded projects, volunteering and pro-bono work. He is passionate about helping the social economy sector thrive, build sustainable models, and accelerate impact.
