The It’s All About People team are made up of staff from within the NHS, Lincolnshire County Council and LVET.

LVET’s chair of directors Chris Wheway is the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for personalised care – the only SRO within Lincolnshire’s health and care partnership from a voluntary sector organisation.
