It’s All About People 2023 Conference

This full day event will provide valuable insights, opportunities, and challenges into how personalisation reframes the relationships and conversations between people and the health and care system and demonstrating some of the excellent work that is happening right now in Lincolnshire.
- There will be a range of interactive workshops on the day.
- Listen to Dr Ollie Hart, GP, Owner of Sloan Medical Centre, Clinical Lead for Person Centred care at Sheffield ICB and Director of Peak Coaching.
- Hear from Tommy Whitelaw, National Lead for Carers and Outreach from Alliance Scotland, on his personal experience of caring for his mother, the challenges he faced and how the What Matters to ME Campaign began.
We will be building on the success of last year’s conference with nearly double the places available. The focus for this year is the importance of making every conversation count with people. It’s your space to share your experiences; to tell us what you need for personalisation to be successfully embedded in the system and to learn from the success and challenges of others.
The event is free to attend. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
