LVET works alongside colleagues in health and social care to champion person-centred and strength-based ways of working.

The It’s All About People podcasts have featured conversations with people involved in Night Light cafes, Social Prescribing, Shared Lives, Community Connectors, Bob’s Brainwaves, Wellness Network CIC, Askefield Social Farm, services for Armed Forces personnel and veterans, St Barnabas Hospice and our very own Paul and Caty talking about LVET.

Courses include the ever-popular Motivational Interviewing, Personalised Care and Support Planning or Shared Decision Making.  The team also run reflective practice and networking events.

LVET’s chair of directors Chris Wheway is the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for personalised care – the only SRO within Lincolnshire’s health and care partnership from a voluntary sector organisation.
