About Us
Who are we? – Lincolnshire Voluntary Engagement Team
Lincolnshire Voluntary Engagement Team (LVET) is a CIC, jointly funded by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) and Integrated Care System (ICS) as the conduit between statutory services and the voluntary and community sector. Lincolnshire is a big county, with different challenges and opportunities that impact on people’s lives. LVET works with voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations to make the most of those opportunities available and to make sure that challenges are recognised, understood and tackled by all who can influence change.
Because VCFSE organisations underpin the health and wellbeing of people and communities, LVET work across Lincolnshire to support VCFSE organisations develop their capacity and capability so they in turn have a greater impact on the lives of people and communities. We do this by providing a voice, networking and development opportunities as well as practical resources, advice and projects so that by 2030 there will be a network of over 500 resilient VCFSE organisations working together to help people live healthier lives in Lincolnshire.
