Mental Health – Wellness Recovery Action Plan Sessions
WRAP stands for Wellness Recovery Action Plan. Just as we might make a plan for maintaining our physical fitness, WRAP helps guests create a plan for maintaining their mental fitness.
We create a Wellness Toolbox, daily wellness plan, and chat through triggers and early warning signs we can watch for that show when we’re not feeling well. WRAP also helps create a plan for when things are breaking down, and who and what can help when we hit a crisis.
