We are excited to announce that applications are now open for our Regional Leadership for Personalised Care programmes in all seven regions. Please share this information within your organisations and if this is relevant to your own leadership development, please read on and apply today!
The Leadership for Personalised Care Regional programme is designed for groups of two or more people from one place who want to learn new skills and work together to drive forward personalised care. The programme will help you focus on what really matters and develop your ability to lead change and influence others to make a positive difference.
It runs virtually over three days and covers:
- What personalised care is and what it means in your local context
- Building skills in relating and storytelling
- Collaborative leadership, host leadership and leading in complex systems
- Your collective leadership strengths and how to bring others on board
- Making co-production happen and working with local communities
- Developing your local plan for change.
The deadline is Tuesday 16th August but we are encouraging applicants to apply as soon as possible.
