The health and care system in Lincolnshire wants to ensure that staff have dedicated support available during and beyond the challenging times that have been experienced during COVID-19.  The health and care system has been able to bring together several resources that can support staff with their emotional, physical, social, financial, and general wellbeing. The aim of this document is to guide organisations, staff, and volunteers through what is available to the system, how to access that support and what it may entail. For the purpose of this document, the system refers to the following organisations – the statutory sector represented by: NHS Lincolnshire & NHS Providers, Lincolnshire County Council, & Lincolnshire Primary Care Network Alliance; the private & voluntary sector represented by: Lincolnshire Care Association – LinCA, St Barnabas, LCVS &VCS.
