Living with Cancer and beyond in Lincolnshire
Gathering experiences of those Living with Cancer and Beyond
The Living with Cancer (LWC) programme is committed to improving the experience for people who have had a cancer diagnosis and those who care for them and improving their quality of life.
We are currently in the process of drafting our fourth Lincolnshire Living with Cancer Strategy and we want to make sure our priorities are still valid and that our work is having the right impact in the right places. The LWC team will be carrying out engagement across February and March and have developed a survey to ensure that those affected by cancer in any way, have a chance to give their feedback and share their experiences on the cancer pathway to help us identify barriers faced and gaps in service, as well as those experiences of carers when caring for someone living with cancer. This will help inform the strategic priorities of the service going forward for the next 5 years.
We are inviting anyone who has had a cancer diagnosis, and those who care for them (either family, friends or carers) to complete this.
Please share this email with your networks, friends, family, groups and communities you are in contact with to help us gather as much feedback as possible. All feedback received will remain anonymous.
We will also be circulating another survey shortly to gather your feedback on the service as a key stakeholder and partner so we can consider this alongside the experiences of those affected by cancer.
