Health Inequalities VCFSE Grant Fund 2025 – People with Lived Experience

The year, we’re putting lived experience at the heart of everything!

We’re looking for people in Lincolnshire who have faced barriers to health  and care – whether that’s difficulty accessing physical health checks, attending appointments, dealing with musculoskeletal issues and being out of work, or struggling with digital exclusion.  

These are the voices we need in the room!  Your insight is vital to shaping projects that genuinely work for communities.
