Yes, they can do.  Although whilst it is a second phase, it is the same fund in the same year, so may want to think about targeting a different health inequality / health inclusion group.

No.  You can apply if you are working with people who live within those areas of deprivation.  You can apply if you are working with any of the health inequalities listed, regardless of where they are based in the county.  It is more about the people you are working with rather than where you are based. 

The notification to successful applicants will be by 19th April 2024.  Preferably the start date will be within one month of this date although this can be flexible within reason.  LVET are committed to distributing the funds quickly. 

It isn’t essential.  We are looking for an awareness of how your project can be sustained moving forward, and we understand if the only option is through grant funding.  If you are beginning to explore other ways you may be sustained differently in the future, please include this within your application. 

Severe mental health comes under the Core20Plus5 as a health inequality, although there is a specific mental health fund for adults in Lincolnshire.  Shine Lincolnshire manages the Mental Health and Wellbeing Community Investment Fund, and we’re keen not to duplicate any projects.

Yes.  Although we are interested in receiving applications from rural and coastal communities, it is still worth applying if you are working with communities in Lincoln, providing they are within the health inclusion groups / health inequalities. 

Yes, providing it was to add significant value to the existing project and the data could be separated to measure the impact and outcomes of the Health Inequalities Grant Funded Aspect. 

You can submit more than one application within an organisation, if the projects are delivering to different health inequalities / key inclusion groups.  Please detail how you are able to connect these (as with the partnership approach) within the application.  Additionally, we would consider capacity to deliver ore than one project within the timescales when reviewing all applications.
