It’s All About People Conference
At this year’s It’s All About People Conference we want to recognise and celebrate excellence in personalised care and strengths-based approaches. To do this we’re asking you to nominate people for an It’s All About People Award.
Do you know a team who have changed the way they work to a more person-centred approach and they’re now seeing the benefits? Or perhaps you know someone who has inspired others to make every conversation count… or someone who is passionate about driving forward co-production approaches?
You can nominate any team or any individual, they could be a member of the workforce or someone who works unpaid … anyone who helps to embed personalisation across our health and care services. We know they all deserve recognition, so we’ve made it easy for you to nominate them in one of our four award categories.
It doesn’t take long to complete the online nomination form here and tell us what they’ve excelled at and why you believe they deserve the recognition.
