PERSONALISATION HUDDLE- Lincolnshire Personalisation Programme
The huddle is an informal catch up of like-minded colleagues in health, social care and the voluntary sector to gain an understanding of what’s happening in the Lincolnshire Personalisation Programme. We aim to update on a specific area at each huddle i.e. social prescribing, self-management, etc. We plan on bringing in colleagues from other areas across England to showcase best practise in personalised care. The huddle is once every six weeks via MS Teams for 1.5 hrs and the agenda will be sent out 2 weeks in advance. Feel free to drop in for all or the part of the huddle. Come along and join us 😊
The next huddle is 9.30-11am on Friday 22nd July and the focus is ‘Working together with people with lived experience to improve services’.
Agenda
9.30am – Welcome and Introductions
9.40am – Hear from Dan Fleshbourne, who works with the local NHS system to share his lived experience of being an unpaid carer since the age of 4.
10.15am – Listen to Iggy Patel, Peer Leader NHSE/I, talk about how he uses his lived experience to help shape NHS services.
Feel free to drop in for all or the part of the huddle. See you there!
