This workshop will show you how to generate new ideas to maximise and diversify income.
Join us for a fast-paced workshop where David Regler of Maine Associates Ltd will explore how your organisation can use design-thinking approaches to generate new ideas to both maximise existing income streams as well as diversify through new forms of fundraising and traded income.
The workshop will introduce lots of concepts to get you thinking about your current income and provide some tools that you can use straight away.
Delivered as an in-person, interactive session, you will have the opportunity to work on ideas for your own organisation and develop a rapid plan to test and implement your thoughts.
This workshop covers:
· Improving your understanding of income streams.
· Mapping existing income streams in your organisation.
· Generating new ideas to maximise or diversify income.
· Sharing peer knowledge to develop your idea.
· Creating a plan with next steps to rapidly test your ideas.
Bio
David Regler is a business consultant with over 30 years practical experience of supporting diverse commercial and not-for-profit organisations. As well as working extensively with technology start-ups, both in the UK and internationally, David has supported a broad portfolio of VCFSE organisations over the last 10 years through funded projects, volunteering and pro-bono work. He is passionate about helping the social economy sector thrive, build sustainable models, and accelerate impact.
Shine Lincolnshire working in partnership Public Health, Lincolnshire County Council, NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board and Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust are looking to recruit 3 x full-time positions (36hrs). The Pilot consists of delivering Hoarding Support on the East Coast area of Lincolnshire as a 12-month project to those individuals who meet all/any of the following criteria: • Have a hoarding/clutter rating score of 6 and above. • Are identified as living within the East Coast area of Lincolnshire. • Are already known to the Neighbourhood Team (NT) and are within an identified cohort as agreed within multi-agency discussions. The key aim is to test, refine and evaluate a specific hoarding pathway. Please note applicants will need to be able to travel independently across the East Coast area. About the role
Using engagement and consultation expertise, this post’s objective is to provide intelligence to inform decisions, strategies, and plans. By successfully engaging with local communities, breaking down barriers to participation and drawing insight from the feedback gathered, we support the council to make meaningful decisions.
You will work with council colleagues, elected members, and liaise with communities and partners to co-ordinate and deliver engagement activities. You’ll also take a leading role in encouraging residents’ participation to inform service development.
About you
You will be an experienced and professional lead team member, confident in planning and delivering consultation and engagement activities, end to end.
On a practical level, you’ll demonstrate:
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to act as a point of specialist expertise
proven practical experience of developing and implementing effective engagement plans, managing delivery, and evaluation of results
ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people both internally and externally
ability to analyse consultation responses and present findings to a range of audiences in an engaging and concise manner
experience managing a varied workload, which will include complex projects and the production of quality outcomes to deadlines
diplomacy, tact, and political judgement

Our ‘Let’s talk Lincolnshire’ platform allows us to better connect with our residents, and we want to build its usage even more. Face-to-face engagement activities may involve occasional travel within the county or work outside normal office hours.
