12 Month Hoarding Pilot – 1 x Hoarding Coordinator (Band 5) 2 x Hoarding Support Workers (Band 4)

Shine Lincolnshire working in partnership Public Health, Lincolnshire County Council, NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board and Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust are looking to recruit 3 x full-time positions (36hrs). All are offered as fixed term contracts for a period of 12 months.
The Pilot consists of delivering Hoarding Support on the East Coast area of Lincolnshire as a 12-month project to those individuals who meet all/any of the following criteria:
• Have a hoarding/clutter rating score of 6 and above.
• Are identified as living within the East Coast area of Lincolnshire.
• Are already known to the Neighbourhood Team (NT) and are within an identified cohort as agreed within multi-agency discussions.
The key aim is to test, refine and evaluate a specific hoarding pathway. Please note applicants will need to be able to travel independently across the East Coast area.
We are seeking:
1 x Hoarding Coordinator (36hrs) Band 5
2 x Hoarding Support Workers (36hrs) Band 4

The post holders will be subject to an enhanced DBS and will be required to undertake mandatory training. Full support will be provided.
