Salary: £30,766 per annum (pro rata to 28 hours a week – £24,613)
Working hours: 28 hours a week
Green Synergy is seeking an experienced Community Development and Delivery Manager to manage the development and operational day-to-day management and delivery of the Adult and Children’s Projects delivered within our Green Synergy charity. This role covers is responsible for the project development, supervision and delivery of both adult and children’s projects including Better Together, Growing and Cooking on a Budget, Green Shoots of Wellness, Green WRAP, Layers of Green, Tower Power and HAF. An effective people manager with experience of managing staff and volunteers within the operational delivery of community development projects, you will need effective organisational skills and be an engaging communicator. You will need to be able to develop and deliver effective project management with experience of performance management, monitoring and evaluating activity back to funders.
