Purpose of the job
This is an exciting and busy time to be joining Every-One as we start our new 3-year National Lottery Community Fund Menopause “Peri-Meri” project.
The Peri-Meri project aims to support people to understand the effects of the menopause across personal and professional scenarios and offering practical advice to implement changes within the workplace and home.
The project will offer community-based sessions and work with employers and support agencies to deliver the following outcomes:
• Improved physical health for participants
• Improved mental health for participants
• Increased knowledge of menopause
• Increased confidence in managing symptoms.
The Project Support Officer is responsible for the administration and organisation of the community events across the County of Lincolnshire. Representing Every-One, you will support the delivery of the project Marketing and Communication Plan, and using the evaluation model collate, analyse and prepare reports to represent the feedback and evidence outcomes of events and the Project.
Reporting to the Lead for the Project, you will create a positive impact by assisting in the delivery of the project, the setting up and running of the programme of awareness raising and training sessions to the public and professionals.
We are looking for candidates with an understanding of organising or coordinating a project of events, and with effective communication skills to build relationships with the public, professionals, and organisations.
The successful candidate will have a passion for making a difference and be proactive, inclusive, inspiring and an excellent communicator.
Salary: £15,000 (£25,227 FTE)
Hours: 22 Hours with the Every-One Peri- Meri Project with potential for additional hours available.
Contract: fixed term to 31st January 2027
Based at: The role will be hybrid working, with the office base at: Every-One, Wellingore Hall, Wellingore, LN5 0HU, with the requirement for cross-county travel.
