Warm Homes Healthy Futures is a Nationally co-ordinated, locally delivered programme aimed at those working with clients/patients with health conditions.
Offering fully funded Energy awareness sessions/events to community groups with a health condition. The sessions/events will focus on Health, Priority service register and CO awareness.

The project is aimed at organisations, charities, local authorities, GP & Hospital teams, Health, or Social Care professionals who are assisting clients / patients with health conditions to maintain a healthy lifestyle and manage their health.
Flexible to local need, not duplicating, but looking to plug local gaps to enhance, expand and complement existing provision through Partnerships, as well as locally delivered energy awareness events/sessions.

Personalisation Team
The Personalisation Team are seeking people from across the health and care system in Lincolnshire to become personalisation trainers and to promote personalisation and strengths-based approaches via a train the trainer model. The role would suit someone with ambitions of working in training roles in the future and could use this experience for personal development.

John Turner is the Chief Executive of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). The ICB has responsibility for leading and co-ordinating Lincolnshire’s NHS and for working with a wide range of partners to improve health and tackle health inequalities in the County. The ICB servces a population of over 780,000 people, covers a large predominantly rural area and coastal area, and has an annual budget of £1.5bn.
John has over 35 years’ experience of management and leadership in the NHS in England and Scotland, including 28 years in Chief Executive roles serving NHS Trusts, NHS Health Boards and NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups. Prior to taking on his current role, John was Chief Executive of the NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group.
Dan Reynolds, the founder of Impactasaurus, embarked on his journey in the charity sector through a collaboration with ALD Life in 2016, where he helped develop a bespoke soft outcome tool. Recognizing the unmet needs within the sector, Dan established Impactasaurus to address this gap. With a career rooted in software development, Dan aspires to develop intuitive charity software, enabling organizations to better serve their communities and fulfil their missions of helping others.

Family Hubs are developing across Lincolnshire, and there is an overarching steering group which LVET attends. They are keen for these steering groups to be multi-agency and have representatives from all sectors.
